What are Pumpkin Patch proceeds used for?

Starting in 2020, this event became the signature fundraising event for L-C Valley Habitat for Humanity.  Proceeds from the event will support your local habitat dedicated to providing affordable habitat homes and home repairs in the Lewis-Clark Valley.

Our Pumpkins

The L-C Valley Pumpkin Patch fundraiser produces a premium quality pumpkin.  There are multiple varieties of pumpkins in order to provide you with a wide selection of sizes, shapes and colors.

The farming location is in the upland desert region of New Mexico.  It is blessed with high elevation, dry air and limited insect population. These qualities combine to produce a superior product and consistent quantities.  The growers also exercise sustainable agricultural practices. They implement crop rotation, varying crops from year to year to limit pest problems, thereby reducing the need for insecticides and herbicides.  All pumpkins are non-GMO. These responsible agricultural practices allow us to provide a great product, which has less of an impact on the environment.
